    Returns

    Sale items, gift certificates, and items not accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number are NOT eligible for return or refund.

    If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@madetomeander.com within 30 days of purchase so we can try to make it right!  Please have a receipt, order number, packing slip, or email on hand so we can give you the most efficient service.

    If we determine that a return is necessary, we will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that is unique to your case. The RMA should be included with your return.  If we receive a return without an RMA, the item will not be refunded or returned to the sender.

    Items must be returned in the clean, unworn condition they were purchased in with all original packaging.

    You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless your unhappiness was due to our error (such as receiving the incorrect product).

    Returns can always be made at no additional cost if you make the return in person at one of our Events near you!

    Once we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed by us within 3 business days.  Please check with your card issuer or bank regarding the length of time needed for the refund to post to your account once it is issued by us.

    Shipping

    Local pickup or delivery is free within 25 miles of Wilmington, Delaware.  Free pickups can also be made at any Made to Meander Event near you.  To arrange local pickup or delivery, please contact customerservice@madetomeander.com prior to making your purchase.

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order unless prior arrangements are made by contacting customerservice@madetomeander.com or otherwise noted by us.

    If you require your purchase by a certain date, please purchase a guaranteed delivery service.

    Predicted delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless an optional guarantee service is purchased.  While most packages arrive within the delivery estimate, delays occasionally occur due to many reasons.  

    If a delay does occur, or you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please check with your mail carrier or delivery service for assistance. 

    Made to Meander does not issue refunds on items that were lost or stolen.
